Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please contact our support team with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
  • Once your claim is verified, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or opened after delivery unless defective.
